1 General Terms

7ee7 is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are agreeing to these Terms voluntarily and with full understanding.

3 Account Registration & Security

The following conditions apply when opening an account with 7ee7:

• All information provided during registration (name, address, phone number, etc.) must be true and accurate.
• Each individual may only open one account. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, please inform the support team in advance.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 7ee7 support team immediately.

7ee7 uses SSL encryption to secure accounts. However, ensuring the security of your own device is your responsibility.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on 7ee7:

Accepted Payment Methods:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank) — only these methods will be accepted.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come only from the payment method registered to the account.
• Depositing on behalf of a third party or receiving deposits from a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method registered and verified on the account.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• 7ee7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

7ee7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳22,500 before withdrawing (1,500 × 15 = 22,500). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus may only be used once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 7ee7 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion, though members will be informed in advance for bonuses already in progress.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following policies must be followed for betting activity on 7ee7:

• Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is unsettled due to a technical issue, 7ee7 will communicate its decision following an investigation.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to specific rules. In the event of any dispute, 7ee7's decision is final.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through multiple accounts or by exploiting technical errors is prohibited.

7 Fair Play & Platform Security

7ee7 is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. Towards this goal:

• All games are operated in compliance with the highest security standards.
• The platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps your personal and financial information secure.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or exploitation of technical errors is strictly prohibited.
• Social engineering or fraudulent behaviour towards other members is prohibited.

If prohibited activity is detected, 7ee7 may at any time suspend or close the account and forfeit the balance.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

7ee7 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Abusive behaviour towards other members or 7ee7 staff.
• Extended account inactivity (where applicable).

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. For information on receiving any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure, please follow the guidance of the support team.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is stored and processed in accordance with 7ee7's Privacy Policy. The key points are:
